Terms of Service
Welcome to VnetAccess ("the Service"), provided by Volcano Networks Pte. Ltd.. Before using the Service, please carefully read and understand the following terms. By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
1. Service Description
- 1.1 The Service is operated by Volcano Networks Pte. Ltd. and offers remote access based on system-level encryption protocols.
- 1.2 Compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android. Each account supports up to 4 simultaneous device connections.
- 1.3 The Service is strictly for lawful and compliant use. Illegal usage is prohibited.
2. User Account
- 2.1 Users must register and provide a valid email address before using the Service.
- 2.2 Each person may only register one account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or rented.
- 2.3 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. We are not liable for loss due to user negligence.
3. User Obligations
Users may not engage in the following behaviors via the Service:
- Dissemination of illegal, violent, pornographic, or extremist content;
- Attacks on servers, sending spam, or disrupting networks;
- Fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities;
- Bypassing regional internet restrictions or content controls.
All data charges and device wear incurred during use are the responsibility of the user.
4. Plans and Payment
- 4.1 We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Please refer to the “Plans & Pricing” page for details.
- 4.2 All payments are one-time only and do not auto-renew.
- 4.3 Except as outlined in Section 10 (Refund Policy), all payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Service Suspension and Termination
- 5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without compensation if the user violates any part of this agreement, engages in fraud, or is subject to regulatory restrictions.
- 5.2 Users may discontinue the service at any time by not renewing or by contacting support to deactivate the account.
6. Disclaimer
- 6.1 We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by third-party networks, force majeure, or user misconfiguration.
- 6.2 Users must assess the risks and legality of using the Service and accept full responsibility for their actions.
7. Privacy
- 7.1 We respect and protect user privacy. No user data will be sold or disclosed without consent.
- 7.2 Information is only collected when necessary for service delivery, support, or compliance with legal obligations.
8. Modifications
- 8.1 Volcano Networks Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this agreement and will notify users via the website.
- 8.2 Continued use of the Service after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
- 9.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If unsuccessful, either party may bring the dispute to a competent court in Singapore.
10. Refund Policy
- 10.1 A full refund may be granted at our discretion if the user requests it within 30 days of purchase, has never previously requested a refund, and has not violated this agreement.
- 10.2 Each user is entitled to only one refund opportunity.
- 10.3 To request a refund, email support@vnetaccess.com with your registered email, order ID, and reason. We will process it within 7 business days.

10.4 Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase;
- More than 80% of the subscription days have been used;
- More than 80% of the data quota has been consumed.

10.5 Once a refund is approved:
- The user account will be deactivated;
- All service data will be erased;
- Service access will be immediately terminated and cannot be restored.
